Refund Policy
We will refund 100% of your entry fee less $25 if canceled on or prior to September 5th ; 50% refundable less $25 fee if cancelled on or prior to September 12th; 25% refundable less $25 fee if canceled on or prior to September 19th. No refunds after September 19th. We do not refund on-line processing fees. Transfers are allowed through packet pick-up on September 25th. Any substitute team members must hold an annual USAT membership or purchase a single event permit.

Team Roster and Category Changes After Registration
You may add competitors to your team (or solo) roster and/or category after registration by mailing us a printed registration form with your new team roster and a check for the current fee difference. There is an administration fee for updating your team (see rule 9.10), and you must pay the current fee for your new category/each new team member. Please include reference to your original team and team captain and write "ENTRY CHANGE" on the top of the forms. Please contact Racing Underground with any questions on registration changes. |
